Get better together.
Group training puts you in a group of no more than eight, led by a certified coach, following a plan that builds week to week. You get the attention of personal training and the energy of people who notice when you show up.

Why group training works
Most people don't need more workout ideas. They need a plan, someone watching their form, and a reason to show up on a Tuesday night.
A coach who's watching you
With eight people at most, your coach corrects your form, modifies moves when you need it, and knows what you're working toward.
A plan, not just a class
Each program runs for four or eight weeks and progresses as you do, so every session builds on the last.
People who notice
The same small group, week after week. Accountability is easier when people expect to see you.
Room to explore
Your monthly sessions work for any group training program, so you can mix formats or move up when you're ready.
